NARS delivers to the United Arab Emirates.
NARS will deliver your order to the address specified in your order.
Orders may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO addresses or to any address outside the United Arab Emirates.
NARS will deliver the order within two (2) to three (3) business days from when order is dispatched.
Delivery will be free for all orders.

Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from order dispatch. Order delivery may face delays during promotional or sale activity, sale season. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.
Orders are delivered daily excluding public holidays and weekends. It is your responsibility to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in specific but without limitation on weekends. Please note the courier will make up to four phone calls to book the delivery time slot with you. And up to three (3) attempts to deliver before your order will be sent back to us

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
To return the products you bought online, please contact our Customer Service on within a maximum thirty (30) day period from receiving the order, a customer service agent will assist you with your return request and arrange pick-up by courier. Returns are not applicable for personalized products. Return requests for opened or used products will not be accepted.
Returned items should be unused and with all NARS tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and sealed packaging. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in an unopened and saleable condition
Once we have received and inspected the returned product(s) and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s), with the exception of applicable taxes or import duties and delivery and return charges.
Return of damaged products is limited to only manufacturing defects and not applicable in case of misuse or failure to follow care instructions.

- by credit/debit card directly on the Website:
When the products have been returned by courier to the warehouse, received, and accepted, We will process the refund by crediting the same amount in the credit/debit card used (excluding shipping, courier, and customs fees) when the order was placed. You also have the option to return in a NARS physical store in the United Arab Emirates. Please note that refunds can take up to seven (7) to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
- Through Cash on Delivery (“COD”)
When the products have been returned to the physical store, received, and accepted. You will receive a store credit note to be used within our stores only within the country of issuance.
When the products have been returned by courier to the warehouse, received, and accepted, NARS will issue an online voucher to be used on the Website. It takes up to two (2) to three (3) business days to receive this voucher by email
- through Delayed Payment Provider on the Website:
After NARS receives, accepts, and processes your return, your refund will be processed in accordance with the Delayed Payment Provider's terms & conditions.
If you received a product as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you in your request. All products must be unused and with all NARS tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, with the original invoice within thirty (30) days of the date of your order.
Custom-made or personalized products
Please note that any custom-made or personalized product may not be refunded or exchanged.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
If you receive an incorrectly supplied product, or a product received by you is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team who will assist you with your return request within two (2) business days
All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive a product that is faulty please contact us immediately.
Please note that products that are damaged as a result of wear and tear, neglect, abuse, improper maintenance or other causes attributable to you are not considered to be faulty.
In respect of defective products, you will have the following options, in NARS stores in the United Arab Emirates only:
- To replace the product;
- To receive a full refund in respect of the defective product; or
- To receive a voucher to be used online
If products are received damaged, defective or where a manufacturing fault is present are eligible for return or exchange. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused to the items during your possession. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
MAXIMUM PURCHASE POLICY
We regret that we must limit orders to no more than 5 units for any item. Certain palettes and other limited sets may be restricted to one or two units per order.
